Soltesz Associates, Inc. has been involved in the White Flint North project
from the North Bethesda Master Plan process through final engineering for
the office, retail and residential portions of the site. The firm prepared
and processed the site engineering for two residential buildings for 410 units
at the eastern end of the site. On the site there is a central stormwater
management facility and a four-story, 201-unit garden apartment built for
the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County. Loiederman Soltesz
Associates was responsible for all site engineering for the development plan,
the preliminary and site plans and final engineering including grading, storm
drain, water, sewer, sediment control and stormwater management. The firm
also provided preliminary and final street grade design for Chapman Avenue,
a master plan roadway that runs along the eastern length of the White Flint
North Site.
