Soltesz Associates, Inc. is currently providing engineering services for National
Harbor (formerly known as PortAmerica). A luxury resort is planned for this
537-acre site (297 acres land and 240 acres Smoot Bay) that runs along the
Potomac River, just below the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. The firm has provided
a variety of engineering designs and plans, permitting, conceptual design
for on-site and other infrastructure. Loiederman Soltesz Associates also assisted
the developer and attorneys on the public/private investment strategy.
