and surveying services for the redevelopment of the Capital Centre site, which
was once home to the 18,000-seat US Airways Arena. Opened in November 2003,
The Boulevard at the Capital Centre spans five city blocks and includes 450,000
square feet of retail and one million square feet of office space in a Main
Street design.
