Loiederman Soltesz Associates, Inc. was hired to update Calvert County's overall
county-wide community facilities plan. State code mandates that all counties
update their plan every three years. Loiederman Soltesz Associates prepared
the update to the plan which focuses on providing needed water and sewer infrastructure
to foster mixed-use town center development and will follow it through the
public hearing process to adoption in 2004.
