Loiederman Soltesz Associates, Inc. performed a series of zoning feasibility
analyses on two existing properties and one that was recently acquired for
the Bay District Volunteer Fire Department. Services provided include site
development engineering for water, sewer, road access, stormwater management,
grading analysis and project management for their new fire house.
