Soltesz Associates, Inc. provided planning and civil engineering services
for the initial phase of the $250 million, 78,500-seat stadium and 23,000-space
parking lot for the Washington Redskins football team. Services included all
associated parking, loading and transportation improvements for the site.
The firm coordinated all of the key development approval processes for the
stadium including providing assistance to the Redskin's organization regarding
State of Maryland, Federal and local approvals. In addition, Loiederman Soltesz
Associates provided the majority of the technical expert testimony during
the public hearings for the project.
