Soltesz Associates, Inc. provided engineering and surveying tasks as well
as a Level I Environmental Study for this 18-hole golf course and related
improvements. Sediment control design and design of the stormwater management
pond as well as three large water quality structures for the clubhouse area
and other impervious areas were also provided. Loiederman Soltesz Associates
assisted the client in a feasibility study, revision of golf course plan and
related plans, prepared a site plan for the clubhouse and related parking,
revised sediment control plans and stormwater management plans to reflect
issues raised by the client and new MCDPS requirements and revised details
of bridge crossings. Construction stakeout tasks consisted of the parking
lot, building pad, centerline for 2,200 linear feet of entrance drive, stormwater
management facilities, storm drain, paving, curb and gutter and improvements.
