Originally
the Army Distaff Hall, Knollwood is a continuing care retirement community
for retired military officers and their close relatives located on 16 acres
overlooking Rock Creek Park, near Washington, DC. Loiederman Soltesz Associates,
Inc. provided complete site engineering for an addition to the existing Knollwood
facility. The firm also provided surveying, site planning, storm drainage,
paving, water and sanitation sewer design, sediment control, stormwater management
design, Washington, DC agency processing and bid specifications.
