Soltesz Associates, Inc. provided all civil engineering services for the Collington
Episcopal Life Care Community, an elderly housing facility. The work included
complete design approval and permit processing assistance, storm drain and
paving design, stormwater management design, sediment control, and water and
sewer design services. The stormwater management design included design and
approval for a regional facility. In addition, Loiederman Soltesz Associates
provided all construction stakeout services for building and utility construction,
along with as-built surveys necessary for local agencies to release bonds
for site work and stormwater management construction.
