Soltesz Associates, Inc. provided planning, surveying, environmental and civil
engineering for this 350,000 square foot retail center located on approximately
30 acres. This project was the first retail component approved within an M-X-D
zoned project in Frederick County, Maryland. One major element of the land
planning design was the integration and sensitive treatment of the historic
Guilford Manor and Lee Farm site into the design. Loiederman Soltesz Associates
provided all land planning design, entitlement assistance, surveying, civil
engineering and environmental engineering services for this successful project.
