800,000 square foot Bowie Town Center, anchored by Hecht's, Sears, Barnes
& Noble, Bed Bath & Beyond and Old Navy, features several specialty
shops, restaurants, a Food Pavilion and a Safeway grocery store. Loiederman
Soltesz Associates, Inc. provided surveying, planning and design engineering
assistance to the Simon Property Group. After providing boundary and topographic
surveys, the firm’s planning efforts included revisions to the previously
approved comprehensive design plan and preparation of a specific design plan
as required by the County's process to amend existing zoning classifications.
Loiederman Soltesz Associates prepared engineering design and plans for submission
to the local review agencies and to the City of Bowie.
