Soltesz Associates, Inc. provided engineering, surveying and construction
stakeout for Woodview Village, a 600-unit single family, townhouse and condominium
development. Services included specific design site plans, coordinate geometry
computations, Type II tree conservation plan, storm drain and paving design,
water and sewer design, stormwater management basin and infiltration trench
design, and final sediment control plan. The firm also prepared road improvement
plans for paving and storm drainage associated with the Route 202 improvements.
