Holly Acres/Groveton Woods

The
Holly Acres/Groveton Woods project consists of 67 townhouse units and 145
condominiums on 20 acres. Loiederman Soltesz Associates, Inc. is preparing
a major plan revision to adjust the site grading, thus saving approximately
$750,000 worth of retaining walls as well as obtaining an earthwork balance.
Loiederman Soltesz Associates, through its relationship with Fairfax County
has also obtained first submission approval for a Rough Grading Plan for the
sites. The firm will provide construction stakeout services for both Holly
Acres and Groveton Woods.
