Soltesz Associates, Inc. provided planning, final engineering and platting
for the Glenbrook Golf Community, which consists of a regulation 18-hole golf
course, 210 single family dwelling units, 140 townhomes and two general commercial
areas. The firm also provided assistance in obtaining entitlements through
the local approval process, land planning, surveying and environmental/wetlands
permitting. One large engineering element of the design included an analysis
of the existing sewer system, which was comprised of approximately 52,000
linear feet of gravity sanitary sewer with pipe sizes of four, six, eight
and 12-inch main lines.
