Abberly
Farms is a multi-family project comprised of garden-style apartments located
just south of the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. Loiederman Soltesz Associates,
Inc. was hired by developer HH Hunt to provide site development engineering,
public facilities, water, sewer, roads, stormwater management, environmental
design, forest conservation, wetlands, adequate public facilities zoning analysis,
public roads, grading and drainage and site layout for the first 200-unit
phase.
