Soltesz Associates, Inc. completed approval of the conceptual site plan and
preliminary plan of subdivision for this very large and unique piece of M-X-T
zoned property in Prince George's County, Maryland. Glenwood Hills includes
a mixture of townhouses, multi-family and single family detached homes. In
addition, there is an office building pad site and a retail pad site along
Central Avenue. The project includes a community center, swimming pool, tennis
courts, jogging trails and associated playgrounds. Within the 122-acre site,
approximately 25 acres were left in a natural wooded state. Loiederman Soltesz
Associates utilized the natural topography and stream valleys to separate
the product types among the neighborhoods, and provided an environmentally
sensitive and inviting theme.
