Soltesz Associates, Inc. provided land planning, engineering, surveying, construction
stakeout and construction management services to assist in the development
of the retail/commercial portion of the First Colony planned unit development.
The firm’s scope of services included conceptual plans, marketing exhibits,
site development plans, tenant coordination and full engineering plans. Cost
estimates and permit applications were processed through the County agencies.
First Colony is part of a 228-acre planned unit development consisting of
400 residential units, 450,000 square feet of office space and ten out parcels.
Anchors include Giant Food, Target, Lowe’s Home Center, BJ’s Wholesale
Club and Staples.
