Soltesz Associates, Inc. provided engineering, surveying and construction
stakeout services for several two- to four-acre sites in the E-I-A zone at
the Konterra Business Campus. Loiederman Soltesz Associates’ scope of
work included preparation of specific design plans, stormwater management
quantity basin and several mechanical quality control structures, private
storm drain plans, private paving plans, sediment control plans, private water
and sewer plans, final earthwork, and water and sewer authorization for on-site
systems. Additionally, the firm provided water and sewer construction observation,
storm drain and stormwater management observation, storm drain record drawings
and water quality structure record drawings.
