Hospital stands as the oldest continuously operating hospital in the Washington,
DC metropolitan area. Loiederman Soltesz Associates, Inc. provided for the
design of a 30,000 square foot surgery addition to the existing hospital center
as well as a four-level, 400-space parking garage structure. The firm’s
efforts included site planning, utility and storm drainage, sediment control,
stormwater management, construction monitoring and stakeout services.
