Soltesz Associates, Inc. processed revisions to the special exception site
and landscape plan for this medical residential campus. Final construction
documents were also prepared for two elderly apartment buildings, one with
an assisted living component, and one apartment building for unwed mothers.
The project included preparation of final site grading plans, sediment control,
floodplain studies, wetland permitting and stream stabilization, ALTA surveys,
topographic and utility surveys, metes and bounds descriptions, stormwater
management plans and dam breach analyses, storm drain and paving plans, public
water and sewer extension plans, private water and sewer plans, tree conservation
plans, and landscape plans.
