Soltesz Associates, Inc. participated in the development of a comprehensive
master plan for the 320-acre campus of the U.S. Soldiers' and Airmen's Home,
a retirement community for close to 1,300 veterans. The master plan for the
project was developed in two parts. Part A consisted of surveying, analyzing
and evaluating the existing campus facilities, infrastructure and support
systems, and Part B included the determination of design/development guidelines
for maximizing optimal utilization of existing and programmed campus facilities.
