Soltesz Associates, Inc. provided all engineering support for approval of
the preliminary plan of subdivision and specific design plan, final engineering
for on-site infrastructure, off-site road improvements, wetlands, floodplain
and forest conservation requirements, surveying, construction stakeout, permitting
and overall management for this 234-acre, 1,242-dwelling unit project. Design
services included on-site regional stormwater management facilities and obtaining
necessary approvals.
