Soltesz Associates, Inc. provided civil engineering services and related roadway
and infrastructure improvements for the 300,000 square foot, $90 million Performing
Arts Center that includes classroom, rehearsal and performance spaces for
the Music, Theatre and Dance departments. Services for the 24-acre site included
surveying, design for road improvements, water and sewer extensions, water
main loop, storm drain, sediment control, stormwater management, traffic control
plans, demolition plans, wetlands permitting, agency processing, civil specifications
and phase services.
