Soltesz Associates, Inc. has provided full civil engineering, landscape architecture
design, and environmental/wetland permitting services for several proposed
school sites in Prince George's County, Maryland. The firm’s work has
ranged from schematics through construction closeout, and includes preparation
of building permit submittal packages for Prince George's County. On all of
the projects, Loiederman Soltesz Associates has been involved in community
outreach to improve public awareness, particularly for the adjacent neighborhoods.
The firm continues to be actively involved with the schools after construction
through participation in volunteer activities, career days and other school
events. Loiederman Soltesz Associates has provided services for Ernest Everett
Just (East Central) Middle School, Lake Arbor Elementary School, Mother Mary
