Soltesz Associates, Inc. has completed several projects for the Montgomery
County Public School System. Services provided include surveying, demolition
plans, site and paving plans, storm drain plans, sediment control plans, stormwater
management plans, cost estimating and landscape plans, natural resources inventory/forest
stand delineation and preliminary and final forest conservation plans. Loiederman
Soltesz Associates redesigned vehicular and pedestrian circulation from buses
and student loading areas. Site plans included new automobile and bus parking,
entrances, loading docks, sidewalks, handicap access, steps and curbs. Loiederman
Soltesz Associates has provided services for Gaithersburg Middle School, Flower
Hill Elementary School, Fields Road Elementary School, Summit Hall Elementary
School, Laytonsville Elementary School, Seneca Valley Elementary School and
Washington Grove Elementary School.
