Soltesz Associates, Inc. provided conceptual design services and site planning
for a 473-unit apartment complex located on 15 acres of environmentally sensitive
land. Services for the 90-acre site included preparation of natural resources
inventory/forest stand delineation, preliminary forest conservation plans,
development plans, conceptual stormwater management plans, site plans, final
stormwater management/sediment control plans, water and sewer plans, and neighborhood
plans. Loiederman Soltesz Associates also provided site and civil engineering
services for a 109,300 square foot athletic center, access road, parking and
eleven athletic fields.
