National Harbor

Loiederman Soltesz Associates has provided a multitude of engineering services for the developers of National Harbor, a 537-acre site located on the Potomac River in Prince George's County and is excited to be on the design team for the latest development - the joint venture apartment deal between Bozzuto and Peterson. Bozzuto is working with the Peterson Companies to bring the first Premium Apartment Style living to National Harbor. The project will consist of approximately 400 apartments with garage parking and first floor retail along American Way and Saint George Street. LSA is working again with Heffner Architects and is assisting the LEED consultant in sustainable design features.
